Dave Ulrich, professor of business administration at the University of Michigan and David Fairhurst, senior vice-president and chief people officer at McDonald's Restaurants Northern Europe were last night named the most influential people in human resources.
“Dave Ulrich was at the top of his game at this conference,” CIPD Director General Geoff Armstrong told delegate in his closing remarks. It was High praise indeed, because Ulrich is alway on engaging and thought-provoking speaker, but it was no exaggeration.
