Allan Freed is a Principal of the RBL group. He joined RBL after successfully leading a division of a fast-paced multi-national company as the General Manager of their Australia/New Zealand region.

Allan’s areas of expertise includes improving quality of leadership, enhancing organization capabilities to add value to customers and increasing employee commitment and capability. He has also designed and developed highly regarded performance coaching programs.
