Brooklyn Derr is a faculty partner of Results-Based Leadership (RBL).  Brooke recently retired as the Staheli Professor of International Business and Organizational Behavior at the Marriott School, BYU, and a Permanent Visiting Professor at the Lyon Graduate School of Management (EM Lyon), France.

His areas of special interest are management and career development, high-potential management and succession planning, global and cross-cultural leadership and managing work-life issues.
