David Hanna is a Principal with The RBL Group. Prior to joining The RBL Group, Dave was a senior consultant for eight years with Franklin Covey Co., where he focused on helping executive teams all over the world change the work culture to be more mission and results centered. Prior to joining the Covey organization, he worked 16 years with the Procter & Gamble Company in both management and consultant roles.
