BACKGROUND

Erin’s consulting experience includes HR consulting in the area of organizational performance, including change management, leadership development, and HR strategy. Her clients have included GM, Dana, TRW, Kodak, DTE Energy, and Steelcase.
Prior to joining the consulting world, Erin worked in publishing where she was involved in the acquisition and production of books by some of the world’s leading thinkers.

Erin has a BA in Political Science and an MBA from The University of Michigan Business School (now Ross School of Business).

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Erin is The RBL Group’s Director of Client Services, with responsibility for global marketing and sales efforts.
