BACKGROUND

JAs an HR and Organization consultant, José Manuel Alcaraz has broad experience with a range of clients and sectors. Previous to becoming a consultant, José has worked as the HR Development Manager of a major Spanish IT company where he designed and implemented the corporate HR plan.
He holds Masters degree in Strategic HR Management (Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona) and in Business & Technology (La Salle).

He has clients in a range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, publishing, automotive, government, tourism, food, and insurance industries.
