BACKGROUND
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Judy served as an Executive Assistant at Provant and Novations. At Novations, she had the opportunity to work closely with Norm Smallwood and Dave Ulrich and assisted in the editing and publication of their book, “Results-Based Leadership”. Judy is a great advocate and supporter of Alzheimer awareness. She is the author of, Life with Big Al (Early Alzheimer’s) a Caregiver’s Diary, about her husband, Craig, who passed away at age 55 with early onset Alzheimer’s. Her book is currently being used as a textbook in one of the Brigham Young University nursing programs. Judy has served as President of the Board of Directors for the Utah State Alzheimer’s Association, a member of the Advisory Council for the Senior Companions Program, member of the Continuum Care Committee, member of the board for CNS (Community Nursing Services), member of Retired and Senior Volunteer Program for Mountainland Association of Governments and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. Being a two-time survivor of cancer herself, Judy is also a volunteer with cancer groups throughout the state. AREAS OF EXPERTISEJudy is the Executive Assistant to Dave Ulrich, co-founder and partner of The RBL Group. In this position she manages Dave’s travel, coordinates his schedule and helps maintain the fantastic relationship Dave has with his clients.
