BACKGROUND
Kurt consults with Fortune 500 organizations, and has worked across diverse industries such as consumer products, high tech, research and development, chemicals, oil and gas, and banking. His executive education and coaching work has taken him across the globe, including significant stints throughout Western Europe and in Singapore. In the consulting arena, he has been a partner, product development director, and subject matter expert in talent development and performance management. Among the organizations he was worked with are DuPont, Amgen, Sandia National Labs, Novartis, ConocoPhillips, Qualcomm, Fidelity Investments and OCBC (Singapore). Kurt has recently been a visiting professor of organizational behavior at the Marriott School of Business, Brigham Young University, where he earlier earned a Masters in Organizational Behavior. He continues to do research in organization change and leadership development. AREAS OF EXPERTISEKurt is a Senior Consultant with The RBL Group. His expertise is in the design of educational interventions, leadership and executive development, competency modeling, and the Human Resource Value Proposition.
