BACKGROUND

In addition to being a Consulting Partner with RBL, Murray and his spouse operate a company with worldwide associates, delivering innovative and pragmatic skill building workshops.
Murray’s prior experience includes technical training, leadership development and organizational effectiveness roles at Exxon’s Esso Resources Canada. Active in numerous professional and not-for-profit organizations, his white hair comes from a few years teaching senior high school chemistry, mathematics, and physics. Murray has a Masters degree in Science and a diploma in Chemical Engineering.

Its 360 feedback survey is the world’s largest database with over 50,000 ratings of the high performance skills of professionals—as seen by their own clients. This world-class workshop has been delivered from the Arctic Circle to Brazil and across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
Murray’s second specialty is an integrated set of unique, 90-minute, leadership development “workshoplets™” designed for very busy leaders. These “mix-and-match” workshoplets™ are designed to deliver “quick-to-customization” and “just-in-time” leadership development.
Murray’s consulting clients range from numerous Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized companies, and not-for-profit organizations, to small entrepreneurial firms—recent are PetSmart, Novartis, Citigroup, BP, state universities, Nova Scotia Government, and GoodLife Fitness.
