Paul Thompson is a consulting partner with The RBL Group. He served as president of Weber State University from 1990-2002. He has also served as dean of the Marriott School of Management and professor of Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University.

Paul consults with Fortune 500 companies and has worked in diverse industries including, high tech, research and development, oil and gas, consumer products and banking. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Utah.
