BACKGROUND

Sandy has twenty-five years experience in all facets of HRIS projects in both the private and public sectors throughout the world. Her experience includes founding Link2People—an implementation provider for SAP’s HR suite. In 2002, ADP purchased the assets and most of the employees from Link2People and she became Solutions Architect for GlobalView, ADP’s global HR solution.
Prior to being the Global Solutions Architect for ADP, Sandy worked in Product Manager positions in the Asia Pacific region for SAP, McCormack & Dodge, Management Science America, and Dun & Bradstreet Software.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Sandy’s expertise is in HR implementations with companies in need of global solutions. She has extensive experience in strategy implementation, process reviews, and gap analysis. Sandy has followed projects from the scoping phase though blueprinting to complete rollout of payroll and HR in numerous countries throughout
the world.
Sandy believes HR solutions should be simple and easy to use and as a result, faster to implement. Her number one rule is that the employee must be able to use the solution.
Sandy is an innovator and believes that the reason for this gift is her cross functional experience ranging from software solutions, consulting services and as a Diagnostic Radiographer. Thinking outside the current box is not so hard when you have already worked in so many others.
In addition Sandy has lived in six countries and worked across Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, United Kingdom and South Africa.
