Shane Cragun

BACKGROUND

Shane has served as an executive at Franklin Covey, a leading leadership and organizational effectiveness firm.
While there, he orchestrated a significant turnaround in the division he was leading.
He began his career as an internal change agent involved in a three year global transformation at National Semiconductor, working at corporate and international locations facilitating large-scale redesign and change.
He received his BA and MBA from Brigham Young University and speaks Russian. He serves on the board of HELP International and is an executive adviser to the Center for Economic Self-Reliance.

Shane is a Consulting Partner with The RBL Group, known for innovative approaches to strategy, leadership development and organizational change that produce tangible and sustainable results.
He brings a strong bottom-line perspective to each client engagement, having managed large business units with P&L responsibility. His particular expertise is in working with executives and line leaders to improve results through changes in organizational focus, structural realignment, measurement and accountability, executive training, process and systems design, and culture. These engagements have occurred at the corporate,
division, plant, and team levels.
Shane has consulted with a wide array of organizations ranging from the Fortune 500 to smaller, midsize firms, and has worked across diverse industries such as high technology, oil and gas, government, manufacturing, and professional services.
Representative clients include: Wells Fargo, Merck, EDS, Citigroup, Lucent, KPMG, Mobil Oil Chalmette Refinery, Kaiser Permanente, NASA – Kennedy Space Center, Amerada Hess, Bergen Brunswig, Air National Guard, Cendant Hotel Group, Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad, Alcan Cable, Yokusaka Japan US Naval Shipyard Repair Facility, Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks, Cherokee Nation, and Weaver Popcorn. Along with presenting at national conferences, Shane is a frequent speaker on university campuses.
