BACKGROUNDWarren Wilhelm has been a management consultant for over 20 years and an industrial practitioner and executive for 14 years. Most recently, he was head of organization and management development for Amoco Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Education for AlliedSignal Inc. He has also taught full-time for five years in graduate business schools. Currently, he teaches international human resource management in the Executive MBA program at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management; and in executive education programs at Thunderbird and in global corporations. Dr. Wilhelm has a BS in Psychology and Economics from Union College, and Masters and Doctoral degrees in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
