Dr. Wayne Brockbank is a Principal of The RBL Group and a Clinical Professor of Business at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Allan joined RBL after successfully leading a division of a fast-paced multi-national company as the General Manager of their Australia/New Zealand region. His key professional achievements are in identifying and aligning organizational behaviours and employee attributes to desired business outcomes, and the development of teams and leaders capable of delivering strategic objectives. He has a proven track record of growing a business and engaging employees.
Jon’s career has been a mix of consulting, executive management and HR leadership. Prior to joining The RBL Group, he was Chief Learning and Talent Officer of one of the largest U.S. based financial services organizations, responsible for the leadership development, corporate learning, staffing, performance and talent management, and succession planning. He has also managed executive compensation and HR strategy.
Dave has consulted and done research with over half of the Fortune 200. Dave was the editor of the Human Resource Management Journal 1990 to 1999, has served on the editorial board of 4 other journals, is on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller, is a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources; and is co-founder of the Michigan Human Resource Partnership.

Mark has spent his career assisting organizations in transforming themselves by creating strategic focus, and then aligning the design of their organizations and systems to carry out this focus.
