The theme of this year’s conference will be “People Drive Business’ and will focus on the best HR practices to meet business challenges, HR value creation, meeting the expectations of stakeholders, the importance of HRM , the need to strategize HRM and develop the competencies of its practitioners.

The conference will be addressed by several foreign experts in the field of HR. Among them will be Professor Dave Ulrich, Professor of Business at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and HR Guru, who will address the conference via satellite.

Prof.Ulrich is the winner of the Georges Petipas Memorial Award in 2000 from the World Federation of Personnel Management Association for lifetime contribution to human resources management and was ranked as the most influential HR person by HR Magazine in 2006. The Chief Guest and keynote speaker at the Conference will be Director General of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Geoff Armstrong, also Past President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations.

Leadership Brand Learning Partnership is an innovative learning experience designed for senior line managers and senior HR professionals responsible for improving the quality of leadership in their organization. Each session is an intensive one-week interactive program involving participant teams from six to eight non-competing and forward-thinking companies. The program splits time between intensive classroom learning and applied learning in the form of a team challenge project. Throughout the program, participants learn and share best practices from each other and from the program faculty.
