The conference will be addressed by several foreign experts in the field of HR. Among them will be Professor Dave Ulrich, Professor of Business at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and HR Guru, who will address the conference via satellite. Prof.Ulrich is the winner of the Georges Petipas Memorial Award in 2000 from the World Federation of Personnel Management Association for lifetime contribution to human resources management and was ranked as the most influential HR person by HR Magazine in 2006. The Chief Guest and keynote speaker at the Conference will be Director General of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Geoff Armstrong, also Past President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations.

Each session is an intensive one-week interactive program involving participant teams from six to eight non-competing and forward-thinking companies. The program splits time between intensive classroom learning and applied learning in the form of a team challenge project.
