He is a co-author of Global HR Competencies: Mastering Competitive Value from the Outside-In and co-developer of the IMPACT HR Business Partnering Skills framework, assessment, and workshop.
Prior to joining The RBL Group in 2010, Jade held leadership roles at Mars, Allianz, Capital One and Cendant with a deep focus in Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Management, OD, Strategic HR and Business Partnering.
Jade has delivered keynote speeches and workshops for thousands of people across the globe. Clients cite his personable style and credibility with all levels, given his experience as both an HR leader and practitioner, as keys to offering practical and impactful programs, coaching, and consulting services.

Jade has a Master’s degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond with a concentration in HR Management. He and his family reside in New Jersey, where he won the popular election and served a term as Mayor of his town before retiring from politics. (For now, we think!)
