Martha Ruiz is a Principal at The RBL Group. She has almost twenty years of experience managing HR, talent and leadership initiatives, including consulting and coaching, as well as facilitating training and strategy sessions in Latin America.
Martha is a Principal Consultant at The RBL Group. She has significant experience in strategic talent planning, leadership development, executive coaching, as well as facilitating training and strategy sessions for executive teams in Latin America.
With decades of experience in the field, she has participated in projects involving career management, transition and change, teambuilding and competency development for a wide range of clients in private and public sectors. Before joining RBL in 2008, Martha worked as a Human Resources Manager for companies like Microsoft and Schering AG for more than ten years. Her focus is to support clients in the delivery of a value proposition for their organizations.
As an executive coach, Martha works with clients using a results based approach to help them reach their full potential, manage their careers and achieve expected results, the right way.
She has participated in different projects and programs for U.S., Latin American, and global Clients like BBVA, Florida Power & Light, Novartis, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Velux, Baxter, Mondelez, Royal Sun Alliance, IATA, Tigo, Banco Popular Puerto Rico, Nissan, Hyatt, HBO, Coca-Cola FEMSA, SAB Miller, IATA, Allianz, etc. Additionally, she has supported the development of the Latin America client base by customizing services and products for that market.
Martha has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology. She is an MBTI and Mentor Certified Practitioner, and also holds an Organizational Culture and Effectiveness Inventory Accreditation (OCI/OEI).
She currently lives with her family in Miami.
