Prior to moving back into consulting Trine has worked 15 years as an HR Executive for a world-leading biotech company. This has given her 15 years of international leadership experience from several strategic leadership roles within HR, including: Organizational Development, Business Partnering, Leadership & Talent Development, HR Strategy and Transformation.
Prior to her corporate career, Trine worked as a Management Consultant for 7 years, leading large transformational and strategic projects across the private and public sector in Scandinavia, and 6 years as a Hotel Administrator of The University of Copenhagen Guest House.
Trine holds a M. Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, where she has also worked as a teacher and researcher at the Institute of Economics, Government and Business.
