Anissa currently serves as Project Manager at The RBL Group, a position she assumed in January 2025, while simultaneously maintaining her role in Salesforce Development since March 2021. Her responsibilities include managing consultant teams, triaging marketing and website interests for lead conversion, and supervising four global business administrators to enhance sales tracking and business development initiatives across the organization.
With a robust educational foundation, Anissa holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from Brigham Young University's prestigious Romney Institute at the Marriott School of Management. Prior to her current role at The RBL Group, she spent nearly five years at the Goldwater Institute in Phoenix, where she progressively advanced through several key positions. As Donor Relations Manager from August 2019 to February 2021, she managed all organizational events, coordinated vendor relationships, and implemented strategic donor cultivation initiatives that significantly enhanced fundraising outcomes.
Her tenure at Goldwater Institute also included serving as Intern Program Manager from December 2016 to March 2020, where she pioneered the development of a comprehensive internship program, establishing relationships with universities nationwide and building a network of nearly 100 trained interns. As Development Coordinator from August 2016 to July 2019, she executed major annual events with 500-600 attendees, raising over $1.3 million in revenue and implementing the organization's first pledge drive that generated $150,000 in new commitments.
