The Talent Academy is a comprehensive cohort-based virtual development journey for business leaders to understand and execute their roles as talent developers.

Individual registration includes:

  • 12 modules virtual development program presented by Dave Ulrich
  • Guided Delivery Approach (self-guided learning assignments, videos, reading, exercises)
  • Weekly Live Sessions with consultant-facilitated learning and application

**Graduates of the Talent Academy earn 18 continuing education credits through HRCI and SHRM


COST: $1,800 per participant
